The step pads are made to generous proportions, just as wide as the steps themselves (4 inches), with the added bonus of aggressive surface texturing to prevent slipping when you use them to mount or dismount from the cab. The stainless steel makes these steps a permanent addition to your truck, ensuring you needn’t worry about them being weakened by corrosion. They’ll stay strong and fresh-looking for years, and the mounting brackets that come with them are also stainless steel.
Made Robust and Rustproof. Featuring a 30° bend, these 4X Series 4-inch Oval Side Steps are fully welded into a single unit for added strength. Even the end caps are welded on. These steps are made from 4” tubular T-304 stainless steel in a flattened oval cross-section. The step pads are polyethylene, with a saddle type attachment – which not only makes them more accessible, but prevents ice buildup under them in winter.
Fast Installation. The construction of these 4X Series 4-inch Oval Side Steps allows installation in a jiffy, using bolt-on techniques and regular hand tools. The steps attach to the existing mounting points with the provided brackets and hardware.
