Increases Exhaust Sound. These headers work with your truck’s factory exhaust system. As such, they complement each other to produce an aggressive exhaust tone.
Reuses Catalytic Converters. AFE designed these headers to reuse your truck’s catalytic converters. By reusing the stock cats, you’re complying with emission regulations.
1-7/8-Inch Mandrel-Bent 304 Stainless Steel Tubing. These headers are manufactured from 1-7/8-inch mandrel-bent 304 stainless steel tubing. It’s 100-percent MIG-welded for extra strength and durability. Furthermore, it includes factory-style laser-cut machined mild steel flanges for a leak-free seal.
No Re-Tune Required. AFE utilized computer-aided design (CAD) for these headers to optimize tube lengths. No re-tune is required on your truck’s ECU.
