This mandrel-bent hot side tube lets the hot air flow smoothly and quickly to the intercooler, accelerating heat transfer and cooling for better performance. This, together with decreased turbulence and pressure loss, increases horsepower and torque to help your engine perform better.
Heavy-Duty Aluminum Construction. This hot side intercooler tube boasts of a heavy-duty mandrel-bent aluminum build. This construction ensures fast and unobstructed airflow to reduce turbulence, lower EGTs, and boost performance. To give the aluminum increased heat and corrosion resistance, the tube is given a wrinkle black powder coating. An aluminum plate laser-cut with the AFE Power logo is welded to the side of the tube to add a dash of rugged style.
