Dyno-Proven Performance Gains. The AFE Momentum XP Cold Air Intake with Pro 5R Oiled Filter has been dyno-tested to ensure that it provides excellent horsepower and torque gains for the Sierra. It outflows the factory cold air intake by 30% while the design ensures the coolest air intake charge possible.
No Tune Required. The AFE Momentum XP is precision-engineered to perform with the Sierra’s factory tune. However, an ECU retune is still highly recommended to ensure that you’re getting the maximum benefits with your current setup.
High-Performance Pro 5R Oiled Air Filter. The included air filter provides outstanding filtration and airflow performance. It has 5 layers of oiled cotton gauze of increasingly fine porosity for maximum filtration. It’s also washable and reusable to provide long-lasting service.
High-Quality Construction. The housing is precision roto-molded from heat soak-resistant and durable cross-linked polyethylene. The intake tube is a free-flowing mandrel-bent aluminum tube with a stealthy black powder-coat.
Easy Installation. The Momentum XP is designed to fit the Sierra’s factory mounting locations for an easy install that doesn’t require any cutting or drilling. The box contains all the necessary hardware and the process will take about an hour.
Not CARB-Certified. The Momentum XP is not CARB-certified at this time. It may not be installed on vehicles for use in California or other states adopting California emission standards.
