Improves Performance and Power. The AFE Momentum XP Cold Air Intake with Pro 5R Oiled Filter features a sealed, 1-piece housing and mandrel-bent aluminum tubing. This kit outflows stock by 30% and looks great under the hood.
No Tune Required. The Momentum XP has been engineered to not require any reprogramming of the ECU. However, a reprogramming of the ECU is recommended to maximize performance.
Reusable Pro 5R Oiled Air Filter. The Pro 5R utilizes 5 layers of oiled cotton gauze with increasingly fine porosity for outstanding air flow and filtration performance. Furthermore, the air filter is washable and reusable for long service.
One-Piece Sealed Housing. The Momentum XP has a unique 1-piece design and is made from heat soak-resistant material. This ensures excellent airflow with the coolest air charge possible.
Simple Installation. The 1-piece housing also has the added benefit of fewer parts to install which makes the install easier. Additionally, no cutting or drilling is required for the process.
Not CARB Certified. The Momentum XP is not CARB certified at this time. It may not be installed on vehicles for use in California or other states adopting California emission standards.
