No Tune Required. This cold air intake is designed to be a completely bolt-on system, fitting with all OEM positions and providing pure performance enhancement. No tune is needed to feel the full power of this intake kit.
Pro 5R Air Filter. The air filter included with this intake system is AFE’s top-of-the-line Pro 5R air filter. Its huge 360-degree surface area provides the maximum amount of suction and filtering as the 5 layers of oiled gauze media filter every performance-robbing particle out of the air.
CAD Designed, Dyno-Approved. The housing of this cold air intake is geared for excellence. The black-on-black 5-rib housing is formed from high-heat resistant XLPE material, which keeps the air protected and keeps what’s under your RAM’s hood looking as industrial and powerful as possible.
Installation. This cold air intake is designed to be a completely bolt-on affair, needing just simple hand tools and about an hour’s worth of your time to install. PLEASE NOTE: This cold air intake is currently not street legal in states that have adopted CARB emissions standards.
