More Power, Better Throttle Response. This easy to bolt-on Poweraid spacer from Airaid was developed to improve throttle response and to unleash the hidden low to mid range torque from your 4.6L 2V (2-Valve) powered F-150’s engine, with tremendous torque gains seen between 800 to 2500 RPM.
Improve Fuel Economy. The Airaid Poweraid Throttle Body Spacer not only improves the power and performance of your F-150, but with its unique “Helix Bore” design, it also maximizes fuel efficiency saving you money at the gas pump. The Helix Bore creates a spinning action to the incoming air to provide superior atomization of the air fuel mixture for better combustion.
Billet Aluminum Construction. CNC machined from the highest quality aircraft grade 6061-T6 billet aluminum the Airaid Poweraid Throttle Body Spacer is anodized in a black finish for great under styling and includes all the necessary hardware and instructions for a simple straightforward installation.
CARB Certified. Airaid PowerAid Throttle Body Spacer is 50-state smog legal under Carb EO # D-609-3 for the 2007-2009 Model Years. It is not CARB Certified for the 2010 Model Year.
Application. The Airaid PowerAid Throttle Body Spacer is designed to be used on the 2007-2010 F-150 Models equipped with the 4.6L 2V (2-Valve) V8 engine.
Application Note. To determine what version of the 4.6L is in your truck, you would need to refer to your VIN number. If the 8th digit in the VIN # is “W” it is the 4.6L 2V. If the 8th digit in the VIN # is “8” it is the 4.6L 3V.
