Long Tube Headers w/ Catted Y-Pipe – are built with a demanding attention to detail and may be the single best upgrade for your Sierra. They will deliver superior performance with optimized tube routing for maximum horsepower and torque while providing a louder more aggressive sound and an unbeatable fit and finish.
Stainless Steel Everything. Every component of this header system is made right here in the USA from 304 stainless steel for long-lasting durability and corrosion resistance. It includes a catted y-pipe with durable 200 cell metallic substrate catalytic converters and 3″ merge collectors complete with welded scavenger spikes. 3/8″ laser-cut flanges provide a warp-free seal and the inlets are tig welded and hand-ported.
Additional Information. These long tube headers are intended for off-road use only.
Installation. The system is designed for a bolt-on process, however, an installer with a moderate level of mechanical ability, or professional installation is recommended. The process typically takes about 2 hours to complete.
