A bigger exhaust system will give you more horsepower and torque and this system is definitely bigger than stock. The primaries are all 1-7/8″ optimized tubing that collect into whopping 3″ merge collectors to give you power and a great sound as well.
Superior Quality. Using only the finest materials, the American Racing Headers 1-7/8 in. Long Tube Headers w/ Catted Y-Pipe are crafted from 304 stainless steel. Not one part – all of it is stainless steel. The 3/8″ thick, laser-cut flanges are heavy duty to resist warping and the hand-ported and TIG welded inlets are designed to give you racing performance. This is a catted system and those are top quality as well being 200 cell metallic substrate cats that will last.
Installation Notes. This long tube header system is designed to bolt right on to your rig’s factory axle-back or any after market axle-back system. There may be some modifications necessary however and there might need to be some cutting to remove the old system.
