Steel Construction. These headers are manufactured from heavy-duty 304 stainless steel. The catalytic converter features 200 cell metallic substrate for maximized durability. The 3/8 inch thick laser-cut flanges were designed to ensure a warp-free seal for optimized performance. The high-caliber inlets are hand-ported TIG welded for durability. The merge collectors have quality welded scavenger spikes.
Basic Installation. Moderate mechanical expertise and basic hand tools are necessary to complete this straightforward installation that can be completed in approximately two hours.
