This shock balances comfort and control for enthusiasts with a modest lowering setup.
Construction and Appearance. Built with hardened chrome 15mm piston rods and triple lip NBR rod seals, these shocks include metal dust boots for added protection. The 35mm pistons feature low friction Teflon seals and a Teflon guide bushing to ensure smooth and consistent operation. The 51mm wide body increases oil volume, promoting superior heat dissipation and durability. OEM-quality rubber bushings provide proper fitment and reduce noise and vibration.
Installation. Installation is straightforward, typically requiring no drilling, and fits directly into the stock mounting locations on the rear suspension. This allows for easy setup without the need for modifications, making it accessible for most do-it-yourself enthusiasts.
Application. This product is designed specifically for 2004 through 2013 2WD Ford F-150 models. It supports rear vehicle lowering between 0 and 1 inch but does not inherently lower the vehicle unless paired with compatible lowering struts or springs.
