Ride Height Adjustable Shock. The Bilstein B8 5100 Series Front Shock is a ride-height adjustable monotube shock designed for vehicles equipped with front OE coilover-style suspension. It features multiple snap-ring grooves that enable adjustable spring seat positioning to provide front lift with OE springs, depending on the application.
Construction and Appearance. This shock absorber features a durable monotube design with a 46mm digressive piston and zinc plated finish to resist corrosion. The 2.0-inch diameter body is engineered with multiple snap-ring grooves to enable adjustable spring seat positioning for lift adjustment.
Installation. Installation is straightforward and does not require drilling or complex modifications. It bolts directly to existing mounts using the bar pin lower and stem upper mount design for a secure fit.
Warranty. The product includes a limited lifetime warranty, ensuring long-term reliability and quality assurance.
Application. Designed to fit 2014–2018 Sierra 1500 models and other compatible GM trucks, providing up to 3 inches of front lift while maintaining compatibility with front OE coilover-style suspension and OE springs.
