Power Gains (G80 M3 / G82 M4 / G87 M2)

proTUNING Freaks does not publish official OTS map power gain percentages for the G-series S58 platform. Real-world dyno results from the community regularly show strong gains on Stage 1 and Stage 2 93-octane and E30 maps, with further headroom on race fuel and with supporting mods. For a fully dialed calibration, custom tuning is available through the bootmod3 Tuner Directory or via any BM3-certified tuner of your choice.

Hardware & Unlock Notes All G-series S58 vehicles require a Femto Unlock to enable OBD flashing — this is different from a standard bench DME unlock and must be completed before the BM3 license can be activated. DMEs with a production date after June 2020 cannot be unlocked for tuning. This is determined by the label physically on the DME, not the vehicle’s chassis or build date. If you’re unsure of your DME’s production date, contact us before purchasing.
