Integrated Light Bar Mount. This Aero series front bumper assembly also comes with a precision-cut mounting port designed for a 20-inch LED light bar. This feature eliminates the need to drill extra holes to install light mounting brackets. Moreover, this port keeps the light bar flush for added protection against impacts.
Rigid Build Quality. This front bumper assembly combines 11-gauge plate steel and 1.75-inch diameter 0.120-inch walled steel tubes in its construction for exceptional durability. These separate components are then laser-cut and CNC-machined following computer-generated specifications for a precise fit. Finally, this assembly is finished in a black powder coating for impressive looks and maximum corrosion protection.
Efficient Install Procedure. This front bumper is designed to install into preexisting locations on your F-150. Minor cutting may be necessary for certain applications. Other than this step, installation is a relatively efficient process that’s completed using just standard hand tools.
