Get Lifted. If you’re looking to add more ground clearance to your F-150, either to tackle more difficult off-road terrain, or to work with aftermarket wheels and tires up to 33 inches, the Fabtech 4 inch Basic Lift Kit with Shocks is the kit for you. It gives you the ground clearance you want and the wheel and tire clearance you’ll need.
Front Lift Components. The front lift components consist of a pair of heavy duty, 1/4-inch thick high arched crossmembers that allow for relocation of the lower control arms that maintain proper suspension geometry with the 4-inch lift and allow for additional ground clearance. A pair of ductile steering knuckles provide the extension necessary to connect with the lower control arm. You choose between Performance, or Stealth Shocks and front coil spring spaces complete the package.
Rear Lift Components. The rear lift is completed with a pair of 2.25 inch blocks and extended length U-bolts that effectively raise the rear 4 inches. The shocks work in conjunction with the rear kit to complete the lift.
Bolt-On Installation. This kit is engineered to work with the factory mounts and hardware in addition to the supplied mounting hardware. No cutting or welding is necessary. This kit also allows for retention of factory ESC and Traction Control systems.
