This Basic Lift System comes with coil springs and lift blocks engineered to provide up to 4 inches of lift. This allows you to accommodate larger tires and wheels to help you conquer those rough off-road trails, while providing a high level of driving comfort.
Stealth Monotube Shocks. These Stealth monotube shocks feature a 46mm diameter, high piston flow, as well as vehicle-specific valving designed for oversized tires. These shocks come in a 50mm OD seamless steel body and feature a sleek, black finish.
Performance Coil Springs. Front lifted coil springs give your Super Duty a 4-inch front lift to make room for larger wheels and tires. In addition, these coil springs keep your Super Duty stable, whether you’re driving on level city streets or uneven off-road terrain.
Rear Block Kit. This Fabtech Basic Lift System comes with a rear block kit designed to raise the rear end of your Super Duty up to 4 inches. This lift not only helps in keeping your Super Duty stable on uneven terrain, but it also helps with load capacity handling.
