Improved Horsepower. The Flowmaster Delta Force Cold Air Intake was designed to improve torque and horsepower in your Chevy Silverado 1500 5.3L by up to 4-percent. You’ll benefit from superior performance with this intake installed in your truck as you take to the road in confidence.
Custom Fitment. The custom-fit air dam has a black powder-coated finish for enhanced durability. Metal-to-metal contact under the hood is reduced with the bumpers on the air dam. The black tubing has a custom molded design to effectively dissipate heat, and flow is increased with its cross-linked polyethylene construction. The intake has a secured mounting and enhanced operation with the black anodized aluminum fittings, stainless steel hardware, and reinforced couplers.
Dirt Trapping Design. The filter is serviceable with the Delta Force cleaning kits for long-lasting value. It has excellent dirt trapping capacity with its 8-layer, conical-shaped cotton gauze design.
Basic Installation. There is no cutting or drilling required with this installation process. After installation, tuning is not necessary. The manufacturer provides customers with a comprehensive instruction guide that can be downloaded from their website.
Application. The Flowmaster Delta Force Cold Air Intake was designed to fit all 2009-2013 Chevy Silverado 1500 5.3L models. The intake is not designed for use in California.
