Custom Molded Tubing. With the aluminum black anodized fittings, reinforced silicone couplers, and stainless steel hardware, the intake will have a secure mounting and effective operation. The high-flow black intake tube is made from cross-linked polyethylene and is custom molded for heat dissipation. The custom fit black powder-coated air dam has bumpers to reduce metal-to-metal contact under the hood.
8-Layer Filter. The cotton gauze filter was designed to trap more dirt with its conical-shaped 8-layer design. The serviceable filter will provide long-lasting performance value with the Delta Force kit.
Simple Installation. A PDF instruction guide is available for download on the manufacturer’s website. No cutting, drilling, or tuning is necessary to finish installing this intake.
Application. The Flowmaster Delta Force Cold Air Intake was designed to fit all 2009 Chevy Silverado 1500 Hybrid 6.0L models. It is not made for use in California.
