This front bumper also includes fully-welded, 0.75-inch thick D-ring mounts that extend into your truck’s frame as part of its mounting system. This design is much stronger than surface-welded shackle mounts, ensuring more reliable emergency winching operations.
Allows Auxiliary Lighting Installation. This Hammerhead Pre-Runner Winch Front Bumper allows the installation of auxiliary lighting via precision-cut mounting ports. These ports allow the use of two 3-inch LED cube lights on either end of the assembly. Meanwhile, four more 3-inch LED cube lights or a 20-inch LED light bar can also be mounted on the top of the pre-runner bar. This feature eliminates the need to install extra light mounting brackets, keeping your front-end uncluttered.
Wear-Resistant Build Quality. The Hammerhead Pre-Runner Winch Front Bumper is fabricated from 0.187-inch thick plate steel, with its pre-runner brush guard being manufactured from 1.75-inch wide, 0.120-inch thick steel tubing. This bumper assembly is machine-formed and is reinforced internally via gusseting for maximum strength without the added weight. Lastly, this bumper assembly is finished in a tough 2-step black powder coat for superior rust protection.
