Improved Airflow and Horsepower Gains. JBA manufactured these 1-5/8-Inch Shorty Headers to unlock restrictive airflow and improve engine performance. JBA incorporated its Firecone Collector designed to improve air volume changes in the collector to increase airflow. In addition, 16-gauge mandrel-bent tubing and oversized exhaust ports also help cut down on air restrictions and improve circulation. As a result, when you upgrade to the shorty headers, you’ll enjoy greater horsepower and torque gains than ever before.
Stainless Steel Construction. This header set comes completely fabricated and welded using 409 stainless steel for a leak-free design and to resist vibrations. As a result, these headers promise longer-lasting use while upgrading the strength and performance of your exhaust as a whole.
Thick Steel Flanges. ⅜-inch steel flanges are designed to resist leaking due to warping and deformation.
