These shorty headers employ a proprietary Firecone collector and mandrel bends that handle air transfer better and reduce back pressure that robs your Sierra of performance.
Thick Mandrel Bent Tubes. JBA employs thick 16-gauge tubes for an extra-strength manifold to resist dampening and vibrations without cracking or deforming.
Titanium Ceramic Coating. This assembly is treated with a heat-resistant titanium ceramic coating that resists deformation and collapses under pressure. In addition, this titanium ceramic coating also provides exceptional corrosion and rust resistance against tarnishing, elemental exposure, and chemical exposure.
Laser-Cut Flanges. ⅜-inch laser cut flanges provide the perfect fit to your manifold and offer a secure design that handles massive pressure and high heat without cracking or leaking.
Firecone Collector. JBA’s proprietary Firecone merge collectors help manage changes in air volume more efficiently to free up backpressure and improve overall scavenging.
Moderate Installation. These headers are a direct manifold replacement, swapping out your old long headers for these shorty ones in the exact mounting locations. In addition, all hardware and gaskets are included for installation. However, professional installation is still recommended.
