They’re then double-scragged before and after shot-peening to ensure a longer spring life. They’re then finished with a tough and durable power-coat that can withstand rugged off-road condition.
Linear Design. Linear springs (also known as standard rate springs) are engineered with a constant spring rate that stays the same as the spring compresses. This linear rate of compression allows for optimum traction and a more predictable handling feel. Linear springs will have a slightly rougher ride when compared to progressive springs.
Professional Installation Recommended. Due to the required tools and inherent hazards of working with compressed springs, it’s recommended that installation is done by a professional mechanic. No additional modifications are required.
