The tough stainless steel tubing can handle up to 500 lbs. of load and resists corrosion to remain just as strong through years of daily use.
Constructed with Care. Aside from the stainless steel rails themselves, the kit includes injection molded nylon fittings to cover the ends. These black transitional parts protect the rails from sudden jarring movements and keep water out. The injection molding process is used to produce maximum strength and create a part that fits the stock specifications of the truck bed.
Installing the Rails. After picking the right set based on the length of your bed, you only have to drill a few holes and assemble the rails before installing them. The rails bolt on to the factory mounting holes, but adding a few extra washers is recommended for cushioning.
