Construction and Appearance. Crafted from 11-gauge smooth steel with 1/4-inch gusseting and bracketry, the bumper features a strong Schedule 40 pipe center structure for maximum toughness. It is CNC laser cut, precision brake formed, and welded by skilled craftsmen inside and out. The finish is a premium 5-stage satin black powder coat, providing a textured, durable surface that resists corrosion and wear.
Installation. Designed for direct bolt-on installation, it simplifies the upgrade process without the need for drilling or modifications. Installation is straightforward for those with basic mechanical skills, allowing quick replacement of the factory bumper.
