If you feel your turbocharged EcoBoost F-150 needs more power to pass the slower traffic on the highway or tow your race car to the track, then look no further than the Stainless Works Catted Downpipe. Featuring high flow catalytic converters, this downpipe completely replaces your factory downpipe and power robbing catalytic converters. By relieving some of the restrictions around the turbos and reducing back pressure, it increases your exhaust flow which will result in more horsepower and torque. Not only will this increase your performance, it also adds an aggressive exhaust note to your rig, when compared to the stock down pipe.
Stainless Steel Construction. Stainless Works constructs this Catted Downpipe from 3 in. diameter T304 stainless steel tubing for its strength and superior corrosion resistance. This Downpipe is also mandrel bent to provide superior airflow, so there are no kinks to rob you of power.
Required Upgrade. For proper operation and maximum power potential this Downpipe will require reprogramming the vehicles computer. AmericanMuscle recommends a custom tune with a F-150 Handheld Tuner to reprogram the vehicles computer (ECU) for proper operation.
Application. This Stainless Works 3 in. Catted Downpipe is specifically designed to fit the 2015-2020 F-150 equipped with the 2.7L or 3.5L EcoBoost engine with either a factory catback or an aftermarket catback utilizing the factory connection. It is not compatible on the Raptor models.
Technical Note. This Stainless Works product is not legal for use in California or other states adopting California emission standards.
