Premium Suspension Upgrade. The Synergy Manufacturing Adjustable Front Lower Control Arms provide a durable and adjustable replacement for the stock control arms on Dodge Ram 3500 trucks. Designed for heavy-duty applications, these control arms allow for precise caster correction and front axle recentering, which is essential when installing oversized tires or suspension lifts.
Construction and Appearance. Manufactured from high-quality crush resistant 1026 DOM tubing with a 1.75″ diameter and .188″ wall thickness, these control arms feature an abrasion-resistant powder coat finish for enhanced durability and corrosion resistance. The maintenance-free bushings use a dual durometer design with Teflon® bearing surfaces, providing improved articulation, longevity, and superior noise, vibration, and harshness isolation.
Installation. Installation is straightforward with basic hand tools and requires no modifications for most applications. However, certain models may require drilling a 9/16” hole in the mount. These control arms are fully bolt-on for ease of installation.
Warranty. The product is backed by a limited lifetime warranty, ensuring long-term quality and reliability.
