Lower Control Arm Bushing. The Synergy Manufacturing Lower Control Arm Dual Durometer Bushing is engineered to improve suspension performance by reducing binding and increasing articulation. It serves as a direct replacement for factory bushings, enhancing ride quality and durability in off-road and heavy-duty applications. This bushing accommodates movement without compromising strength, ensuring long-lasting functionality and stability.
Construction and Appearance. The bushing includes a forged housing made from high-strength 1045 steel treated for corrosion resistance to withstand harsh environments. It uses dual durometer materials with a softer outer layer for cushioning and a harder inner lining that functions as the bearing surface. An internal ring separates the inner and outer materials to prevent inner sleeve gaping under extreme flex conditions.
