Tension and Latch Systems. The LoRoll Tonneau Cover features a patent pending latching system for complete security, which simplifies the opening and closing of the cover with the use of a single latch design. The tension system features adjustable tension plates that will keep the cover in place and maintain tension on the cover, even after years of use.
Quality Construction. This F-150 Tonneau Cover is crafted from high quality, tear resistant 24oz vinyl fabric with a black textured finished. The double-sided vinyl resists mildew, salt and chemicals and features marine grade coated terelyne stitching and a weather seal flap sewn into the cover, preventing even the smallest drop of moisture from getting through to your valuable cargo. The sewn in flap provides added security, unlike some covers that glue the flap on the cover. The frame is constructed out of lightweight 6063 industrial grade aluminum that is finished off in a black epoxy powdercoat finish, providing additional corrosion resistance and long lasting durability.
