Hardcore Construction. To ensure maximum protection from the weather, the hinged Tonneau cover comes with a double seal system and an integrated locking feature. Built with an X-effect design from UV-protected ABS composite material, this 70-pound cover is as tough as they come without weighing down your rig. The cover is also unpainted, which allows you to customize it to your preference and your rig’s color scheme.
Installation. Installing this cover takes about 2 hours for those with a 3/8 and 1/2 inch wrench or socket and basic mechanical skills. Cutting may be required for those with plastic bedliners.
