The Annoying Dash Light Will Turn Off. Your Tire Pressure Monitoring System alerts you when the pressure drops to an unsafe limit. This is an excellent safety feature for your F-150, but if you plan on upgrading to a new set of wheels you’ll need to install new sensors in your new ones, if not your dash light will constantly remind you your sensors are missing – this set of four replacement TPMS sensors will take care of your F-150 truck’s issue.
Kit Contents. This TPMS Kit comes complete for use on four wheels and includes 4 Stem-Mounted TPMS Sensors. This kit makes it easy to switch between your stock rims and aftermarket rims at will.
Required Upgrade. In order to sync the new sensors to your truck’s computer after you have installed them in your wheels you will require the use of a TPMS Transmitter Tool (sold separately).
Application. This set of four Ford F-150 Replacement Valve Stem-Mounted TPMS Sensors is specifically designed for use on all 2007 to 2008 F-150 models.
Important Tire Rotation Note. When rotating tires that are equipped with TPMS sensors it is important to reuse the TPMS Transmitter Tool to recalibrate the sensors. By rotating your tires you are changing the physical location of the sensors and your trucks computer will need to update to be aware of this location change. Failure to do so will result in inaccurate and incorrect low tire pressure monitoring.
