These arms serve as a direct replacement, improving suspension performance and durability for trucks with factory cast steel control arms. They are essential for maintaining ride quality and suspension articulation, especially when leveling or lift kits are installed.
Construction and Appearance. Manufactured from high strength steel, these control arms are boxed, gusseted, and fully welded to ensure rigidity and durability under demanding conditions. The frame mounts use OE style rubber bushings for quiet, maintenance-free operation, while the ball joints are greaseable with protective caps to prevent debris contamination.
Installation. Installation requires a moderate skill level and can typically be completed within 1 to 2 hours. No drilling is required, and the arms come fully assembled and ready to bolt directly into place.
Application. These upper control arms fit 07-18 Sierra 1500 models equipped with stock cast steel control arms and are not compatible with trucks that have stamped steel or aluminum upper control arms.
