Product Overview. The Zone Offroad Adventure Series Upper Control Arm kit enhances the factory arms on your Ram 1500 by improving strength and suspension droop travel. Designed as a direct replacement, it is essential for trucks equipped with leveling or lift kits to ensure durability and better suspension performance. This kit is commonly used to replace weaker factory components for increased off-road capability and ride quality.
Construction and Appearance. Manufactured from high-strength steel that is boxed, gusseted, and fully welded, these arms provide rigidity and reliability. They utilize OE style rubber bushings at the frame mount for quiet operation and long-lasting durability. The ball joint cups are CNC machined for precise positioning and come with greaseable, high-quality ball joints protected by debris-resistant caps.
Installation. Installation is moderately easy, requiring standard wrenches and no drilling. The kit comes fully assembled and ready to bolt in, with an estimated installation time of 1 to 3 hours.
Application. Designed specifically to fit 06-18 4WD Ram 1500 models. Not compatible with models equipped with factory adjustable air suspension or 4″ Zone lift kits.
